Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch in 1-5 business days after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.

The following delivery time includes processing time:

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping methods include Wanb, YANWEN, 4PX and others, but at this time, we do not allow customers to choose a specific shipping carrier. Orders shipped via YANWEN will be handed off to USPS or ONTRAC for final delivery.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

 

Tax And Duties

All logistics fees are inclusive of taxes, and customers do not need to pay any additional import duties. However, customers are obliged to cooperate with customs inspections if their packages are selected for inspection. If customers need to return the products, they will be responsible for any taxes incurred.
Please note that import taxes may still apply in certain regions:

Taxes and fees charged shall be interpreted by the EU organizations.
 

How To Change My Delivered Address?

Once you realized your delivered address is wrong, please contact our Customer Care (service@thesouthcap.com) immediately! We will help to change your delivered address before dispatch. Please kindly note that we can't change the address once the item was dispatched.
